My Journey
My fascination with data began during my MSc in Biotechnology at METU, where I discovered the incredible potential of machine learning in bioinformatics. After achieving a 4.0 GPA from all courses, I realized my talent and curiosity in coding.
I wrote my thesis on text embeddings and gene-cell type annotation, building machine learning prediction models that integrate NLP and ML techniques for enhanced scRNA classification. This research experience solidified my expertise in data analysis and ML.
Today, I'm a Python developer who builds everything from education platforms serving thousands of METU students to AI-powered matching systems. I use FastAPI for backends, arrange Nginx infrastructure, and leverage AI to complete frontend development.
Experience
